A NEighborhood gem in the heart of berwyn, serving the best steak and freshest seafood

Oliver's has partnered with the already established Olive or Twist martini bar, just outside of Downtown Chicago

Chef Oliver Valenzuela has developed dining experience that includes prime cuts, fresh seafood and farm to table specialties in a relaxed casual environment.

This, included with Olive or Twist's signature martinis, extensive whiskey, wine, and craft beer lists, creates a destination spot for people from neighboring towns near and far - Oak Park, Riverside, La Grange to name a few.  You get Downtown Chicago quality food and cocktails for a fraction of the price, all while having an easier time parking.

CHEF

After 30 years of manning the kitchens of luxury hotels at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, the Hilton in New Orleans and the Palmer House in Chicago, as well as exclusive private clubs such as the Women's Athletic Club and Green Acres Country Club, Chef Oliver Valenzuela decided to open his own American bistro in 2012. Oliver's Cafe was well received with great reviews by the local press, food bloggers, Yelp reviewers and Chicago's own Bridgeport neighborhood. His famous scallops landed Chef Oliver a special TV appearance on ABC's 190 North and several mentions in Chicago Magazine, RedEye Newspaper, Chicago Eater, Chicago Weekly to name a few.

After a couple of years in the neighborhood, Chef Oliver decided to close down Oliver's Cafe to venture out of the city. In the next few years, he opened more restaurants in Illinois, starting in Pekin, Naperville and now "Oliver's" in the heart of Berwyn.
